Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team at Southern Shine Cleaning Company. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall appeal of our clients' residences.

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning tasks based on the standard, deep, and move-in/out cleaning services we offer.
Carry out additional tasks as needed, such as inside of refrigerator/freezer combo, inside of oven/stove, inside window cleaning and window tracks, and lanai/porch cleaning.
Use cleaning products and procedures to clean residential homes.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all rooms of the home.
Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and other living areas.
Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and pay close attention to detail.
Handle client requests professionally and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Must have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
Physical stamina to perform rigorous cleaning tasks throughout the workday.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to work during assigned hours, with occasional variations as necessary.
