Terms And Conditions

Company
'Company' is Southern Shine Cleaning Company and 'Client' is the Client that may or may not have services provided by the Company.
Southern Shine Cleaning Company LLC promises to provide quality service by:
Providing a professional cleaning service that is licensed and insured. We stand by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with a portion of your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours, and a crew will be sent back to your home to redo that area. Our technicians must be allowed to come back within 48 business hours from the original cleaning. We are not able to offer cash refunds or discounts for perceived poor quality on the original bill in place of a redo.
Permanent Cancellation of Services
Permanent Cancellation of services can occur at any time by either party (Company or Client). As a courtesy, we ask for notification as soon as possible, and in return we will ensure that we notify the Client as soon as possible.
Payment
Payment is due on the date of service unless agreed upon in writing by both parties (Company & Client). Payments after 48 hours from the date of service will be considered late and will have a late fee of $10./per day until payment in full is made. Returned checks will have a $35. Returned check fee. After 2 returned checks from the same client will no longer have the ability to pay via check.
By scheduling a one-time or recurring service of any type with Southern Shine Cleaning Company LLC, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions and providing explicit authorization for the payment type you may use which can be but not limited to the charge of your credit or debit card, ACH, Check, Cash, or any other payment type/provider.
Hazardous Conditions
We will not handle any hazardous biological waste such as but not limited to (blood, human or pet waste, hazardous fluids, etc.) If the client is home they will be notified immediately. If the client is not home we will attempt to clean around it and notify the client via email, phone, or text. If we have to reschedule the cleaning services we will do everything within our power to accommodate the change in schedule.
Services
Services Provided listed below may be some but not all of the services that Southern Shine Cleaning Company LLC provides depending on the client and the company’s agreement.
1.) Standard Cleaning:
Kitchen: Sanitize counters, sinks, appliance faces, and cabinet faces; sweep and mop floors; clean stove top and inside microwave.
Bedrooms: Sweep and vacuum floors (mop if applicable); dust furniture.
Living and Dining Room: Sweep/vacuum floors (mop if necessary); dust furniture; straighten bookshelves and tables.
Bathrooms: Sweep and mop floors; sanitize all surfaces (countertops, sinks, cabinet faces, etc.); clean shower stalls and baths; clean toilets; empty trash.
2.) Deep Cleaning (includes everything in Standard Cleaning, plus):
Wipe down window frames and doors/trim.
Dust ceiling fans.
Wipe down all baseboards.
Dust walls and hung pictures.
Dust décor (tchotchkes, knickknacks, etc.).
3.) Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning: Get your new home ready with the most thorough package of our services.
This includes everything in the Standard Clean
The Deep Clean
and the following add-ons:
Inside Refrigerator
Inside Oven Cleaning
4.) Optional Services (available upon request):
Inside Refrigerator Cleaning
Inside Oven Cleaning
Inside-Window Cleaning and Window Tracks
Bed Making
Cleaning Lanais and Porches
Organizing Services
No-Show, Unable to Enter, or Late Cancellations
In the event of a no-show, or a cancellation less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment date, or if we are Unable to Enter the area to service, Southern Shine Cleaning Company LLC retains the right to charge a fee at our discretion not exceeding the scheduled cleaning service fee. 4 Cancellations per year are allowed. An excess of 4 cancellations per year may result in a redetermination of terms of the service agreement between parties (Company & Client) up to and including Cancellation of services.
Force Majeure
Southern Shine Cleaning Company LLC will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to any statutory changes or rulings by any act of God such as fire, flood, earthquake, storm, natural disaster, act of government or state, war, civil commotion, insurrection, embargo, prevention from or hindrance from obtaining any raw materials or energy, sickness or other cause beyond our control.
Privacy Policy
At Southern Shine Cleaning Company LLC, we value your privacy and are committed to safeguarding any personal information collected during the course of our services. This includes photos taken for before and after comparisons, client names, addresses, and any other data collected. To learn more about how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Liability
While our team makes every effort to handle your property with utmost care, in the unlikely event of damage, we hold Limited Liability protection for replacement or repair. If any damage occurs, please report to our office within 2 business days of the service. Southern Shine Cleaning Company LLC cannot be held responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items.
Intellectual Property
All content contained on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations is the property of Southern Shine Cleaning Company LLC and is protected by copyright laws.
